    10 -12x12 stalls with rubber mats
    1 - 14 x 14 stall located in its own small paddock
    Air conditioned Tack room with bathroom facilities

   Feed and Care
    Top quality feed and hay -supplements given gladly at owners expense
    Stalls kept pick out regularly and cleaned daily
    Fans in stalls
    Individual daily turnout
    Blanketing as required

    Stocks as needed for vet care

   Turnouts and Riding Areas
    10 - ¾ to 1 acre pastures with sheds for individual turnout of non-climbable horse fencing and 5 strand
    Equibraid hot wire system all with mature trees for shade
    55’ round pen- solid wood 5’ tall
    Large sand arena with full course of jumps

   Separate area for breeding to include
    2 foaling stalls with small attached paddocks with lights and cameras for foal watch with one paddock
    opening onto a small pasture and the other opening on to a large pasture
    Breeding stocks for mare vet care and breeding with small area next to it for foal
    Large sand arena with full course of jumps

   Pastures
    5 acre pasture for retirees with shed and pond
    5 acres across a dirt road with area to ride that includes some jumps and a creek to take the young
    horse as well as the older horses needing a break from the ring
